Windows Softi FreeOCR is a freeware Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program.
This application uses Google's free Tesseract OCR engine. Multi-page TIFF images are supported and you can import documents via TWAIN scanners. Scanned text can be saved as ASCII text files.
Softi Software discontinued this program, but you can still find a freeware version in our site.

Download "freeocr.zip" and extract it into a folder of your choice. Then run "FreeOcr.exe".
