ColorPic is a free color picker.

ColorPic has some really nice features like :

This tools is a must for web designers and paint artists in general.
Usage :
1) Run the ColorPic.exe
2) Select an empty "ColorPic Window" from the "Chips" section
3) Move the mouse in order to pick your favorite color
4) Use Crtl+G to grab (locate) the color
5) Use the Red,Grn,Blue values to find your selected color code.
