Download the "CAB archive" and uncompress to a folder of your choice.
Run PSPad by doubleclicking on the "PSPad.exe".
If you want to enable the check spelling then download the language dictionary cab and uncompress the dictionary
to the Spell sub-folder.
Example : \PSPad\Spell\English.2-1-0.dic
