DirLister v 0.9.1 is a freeware portable file list generating tool for Windows 2000/2003/9x/XP.

This program was first released in November 2000. There is much progress since then. Version 0.9.1 released on 18th Jan 2006 and it is the last freeware version of this program. In this version you can select folders which contain files you wish to be included in a list. These directories can be on hard disks, cd-roms, floppys, usb storages etc. Choose output file format (HTML, TXT or CSV) and check your list's view by clicking preview. There are plenty of options, such as file mask (list specific file types), sort directories by name, size, date & time, sort files by extension, name, size etc. Also DirLister is translated in several languages.
Today this project is replaced by Directory Lister Pro which is not freeware. So there are two options. The free version 0.9.1, or the pro version. Please notice that free version is not for commercial use. Pro version price is 20$.
